K-5 Principal | Mrs. Yefymets (Krichilskaya)

I graduated with my Bachelors in Elementary teaching with a minor in special education in 2020 from Western Washington University. I had started to explore all the aspects of teaching by teaching internationally in South Korea at a private school, serving and teaching in Mexico at an orphanage, and continuing my education by getting my masters at Western Governors University in curriculum development and Instruction.

When God had called me to settle back down at home, I started to work in the public schools. I loved to teach but there was still something missing. Once God brought me to work at MCA, I instantly felt God’s call to stay and serve the children here. I am excited for all the Lord has in store for the community and children of MCA.

Business Manager | Mrs. Parkhomenko

I graduated from the Tbilisi Economic Institute in 1994. I worked as an accountant in different companies, such as the SberBank of Russia. During maternity leave, I decided that I wanted to work more with children, and in 2012, I entered the Moscow Regional University to major in Speech Therapy. I studied and, at the same time, worked in a pre-school. In 2015. I moved to the USA. Here in 2023. I graduated from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology with a degree in Accounting.

The Lord led my path in such a way that I was offered the position of accountant at Slavic Christian Church Awakening. When the School Board of MCA decided to open a school at the church, I agreed to help with accounting. Then, I was offered the position of business manager at MCA. The Lord knows what He's doing for me, and I trust Him. I know that what is instilled in a child from childhood will remain forever (Proverbs of Solomon 22:6). Therefore, I am glad to take part in laying the foundation for our students based on the Holy Scriptures.
